How do I send artwork?
Send us your files in one of the following formats to sales@hightechsignskc.com:
Please provide a digital art file in an .eps, .ai or a digital .pdf. Please make sure all fonts are saved to outlines and any embedded images are attached as well. Please make sure the file is saved to the actual size that you are requesting.
For printed images please send a .tif, .psd or a high resolution .jpg. Make sure the resolution is at least 120 dpi minimum.
We can accept files up to 16MB through email. For larger than 16MB you can open a free account at www.yousendit.com, it is an online FTP site. The files can also be brought in on a disk or flash drive.
If you are unable to provide us with a digital file, we may be able to recreate your art based on an hourly charge.
